Heat-formed and openable round bellows protectors

Heat-formed and openable round bellows
These are used when high mechanical strength and heat resistance are required.
They are characterised by excellent resistance to mechanical stress as well as to coolants and oils. They are also available in cone-shaped according to the needs.
They do not involve any cost of equipment and have an excellent quality / price ratio.
On request, the heat-formed and openable round bellows are available with guide bushings and reinforcement rings.

Deformed and openable bellows

On request, the heat-formed bellows are available with longitudinal opening, suitable for cases where it is necessary to mount the bellows without having to disassemble the organ to be protected.
Type A fixing schemes

Bellows with the type A fastening system have a collar and a flange
Data:
Ø ext. (OD) = Circular bellow outer diameter
Ø int. (ID) = Bellow internal diameter
Ø int. c. = Collar inside diameter 1
H = Upper collar height
Ø i. f. = Internal flange diameter
Ø int. hole = Flange hole centre-to-centre diameter
Ø ext. f. = Flange outer diameter
P.A. = Open length
P.C. = Closed length
Stroke = P.A. – P.C.
X = Bellows fold height
AP = Opening of 1 fold
Type B fixing schemes

Bellows with type B fastening system have two collars
Data:
Ø ext. (OD) = Circular bellow outer diameter
Ø int. (ID) = Bellow internal diameter
Ø int. c. = Collar inside diameter 1
H = Upper collar height
P.A. = Open length
P.C. = Closed length
Stroke = P.A. – P.C.
X = Bellows fold height
AP = Opening of 1 fold
Type C fixing schemes

Bellows with the type C fastening system have two flanges
Data:
Ø ext. (OD) = Circular bellow outer diameter
Ø int. (ID) = Bellow internal diameter
Ø int. c. = Collar inside diameter 1
Ø i. f. = Internal flange diameter
Ø int. hole = Flange hole centre-to-centre diameter
Ø ext. f. = Flange outer diameter
P.A. = Open length
P.C. = Closed length
Stroke = P.A. – P.C.
X = Bellow fold height
AP = Opening of 1 fold
